About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and qualified Support Worker to join our team in the Bairnsdale and Orbost area to assist with Emergency PAV (Personal Alert Victoria) callouts. This role involves responding promptly to emergency calls and providing on-site support to clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Availability for both day and night callouts is required. Essential Requirements You hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care / HACC or a nursing qualification Current First Aid & CPR Current Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle What We’re Looking For: Ability to respond promptly to emergency callouts during the day and overnight Strong communication skills Ability to remain calm in emergency situations Compassionate and client-focused approach Highly reliable, responsible, and professional You are genuinely passionate about providing essential support to vulnerable members of our community Why Join Simply Helping Gippsland South and West?
