Job Title: Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Account Director
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key accounts partnering with clients across outsourced customer care and sales. The ideal candidate understands telecom operations and the technologies required to deliver high-quality service, including Conversational AI, analytics, and modern contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary conduit between operations and technical services for the customers and leverage executive networks to open doors and find ways to creatively change the conversation with solutions
* Develop and perform strategic prospecting to expand relationships
* Run RFP/RFI/RFQ cycles end-to-end; drive exec alignment and win themes
* Partner with delivery centers to validate staffing models, ramps, and risk plans
* Forecast with precision

Requirements:
* 5+ years working/managing large telco relationships in the outsourcing industry
* Experience coordinating global delivery (labor law basics, data/privacy, transition/ramp)
* Strong commercial acumen: pricing levers, SLA/penalty constructs, term sheets, and negotiation
* Effectively lead complex sales in contracting, deployment and adoption
What Success Looks Like:
* 90 days: Develop client relationships and establish clear communications as a trusted advisor
* 180 days: Identify opportunities to expand the relationships
* 12 months: Grow the existing relationship revenue by 10%
