Quantum Medical Imaging (QMI) is a locally owned and operated imaging provider that's rapidly expanding across Queensland with multiple new clinic openings planned for 2026.
We are seeking a full-time 2IC Practice Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinics. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care.

Your Role & Responsibilities
* Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple clinics
* Supervise and support administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care
* Assist with staff rosters, sick and annual leave requests, and ensure appropriate staffing coverage
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs
* Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
* Provide hands-on leadership support and act as the point of escalation for staff issues
* Contribute to the rollout of new systems, processes, and new clinic openings

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in healthcare or radiology management (multi-site experience desirable)
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
* Confident using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* A proactive, positive, and professional approach to leadership
