Corin Australia are currently looking for a competent and motivated Marketing Co‐ordinator to join and support our Marketing team based out of our Sydney office located in Pymble.
Reporting into the ANZ Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key marketing processes and providing support to the Marketing and wider commercial team to assist them in meeting their objectives. More specifically you will be accountable for the following:
About the Role
* Organise & execute internal meetings and 3rd party conferences
* Create and manage the annual marketing activities schedule
* Collaborate with global marketing teams in the US & UK regarding brand assets, promotional collaterals, training resources and marketing strategy
* Project manage the state based tendering process and liaise with key internal & external stakeholders
* Manage relevant reporting requirements for external entities including the MTAA & various care providers
* Collaborate with Product Managers to support the maintenance of NPC & GS1 catalogues
* Manage marketing supplies and maintain up to date list of marketing material and samples
* Administration of Corin Academy training scheduling and preparation of training materials
* Management of local & international surgeon visitations including accreditation, logistics & agendas
* Support global social media strategy with local content
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of Corin's standard operating procedures and policies and ensure compliance at all times
* Ensure your company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards, in particular the MTAA Code of Practice.
About You
Ideally you will have experience within a Marketing Coordinator or similar administrative function, ideally within the Medical Device industry.
You will also possess the following skills and abilities:
* Excellent customer service skills with ability to work effectively under pressure
* High attention to detail
* Well‐developed organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Task oriented and the ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a small team
* Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience working with Adobe Suite, InDesign, and WordPress
* High energy and lots of initiative
