Business Development Officer – Cashflow & Equipment Finance (Non-ongoing 3 years)
Employment type: Non-ongoing, 3 years
Location: Sydney, Perth, Darwin or Melbourne
Base pay range: A$103,******/yr – A$115,******/yr

About the Role
The objective of this role is to generate new invoice finance, producer offset loan, performance bond and equipment finance opportunities within IBAs risk framework in order to support the realisation of the team's sales targets and KPIs.
The Business Development Officer achieves this through identification of, and direct marketing/sales to, eligible Indigenous enterprises.
What you'll bring to the team
Awareness and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander societies and culture.
Ability to liaise and communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
Experience in direct sales and not reliant on broker/bank referrals.
Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of receivables finance or trade finance risk and sound financial analysis skills.
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret credit applications, financial statements, cashflow forecasts and other factoring related documents.
Demonstrated evidence of business acumen, analytical, problem solving, and communications skill.
Ability to work unsupervised.
