Key Responsibilities
* Provide education administration and operational support to senior academics.
* Coordinate teaching-related processes including timetables, clinical placements, assessments, and evaluations.
* Maintain databases, contact lists, and educational resources related to program delivery.
* Assist with the recruitment of teaching staff and supervisors.
This role plays a key part in supporting academic and teaching staff, ensuring the smooth operation of learning and teaching activities. The position requires strong communication skills, with ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Travel within designated areas, occasional out-of-hours work, and regular manual handling tasks are requirements of the role.
