About the Role
As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to site operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the site.
* Coordinate stationery, office supplies, printing and office equipment to maintain a well-equipped workspace.
* Support travel, accommodation, meetings and logistics coordination to facilitate team collaboration and productivity.
* Coordinate, order, and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for site personnel to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Manage KAEFER site compliance including profile updates and certificate uploads to maintain regulatory requirements.
* Assist with payroll inputs, timesheet checks and workforce planning data to streamline HR processes.
* Support finance processes including invoice reconciliation, data entry, PO processing and ESKER approvals to maintain financial accuracy and control.
* Support procurement including creating purchase requisitions and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Provide ad-hoc support to operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.
