Our organization is seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Trainer & Assessor. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with site management, strongly supported by our Learning & Development team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employees are trained, assessed and compliant in accordance with site Training Needs Analysis and Training Management Plan. You will also be required to manage assessment, reassessment and refresher training across site, ensuring all personnel have access to training and inductions when required to meet legal and site competency requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as a Trainer & Assessor in a similar role
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or above
* Proven experience operating as an all-rounder in an open cut environment including production Loader, Dozer & Excavator
* Additional HRWLs are highly regarded
