We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Coordinator to support a large-scale End User Computing (EUC) device refresh program. This role will act as the central point of contact for asset coordination activities, ensuring the smooth logistics, tracking, and reporting of end-user devices including laptops, iPhones, iPads, and related accessories.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced project environment, working closely with technical, project, and change stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end logistics for refresh devices including laptops, iPhones, iPads, and accessories.
* Coordinate deployment schedules with end users, rollout technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Arrange delivery, return, and disposal of devices in line with organisational processes.
* Support preparation and distribution of communications to users regarding refresh activities.
* Produce progress and status reports for device refresh activities.
* Maintain accurate asset records throughout the refresh lifecycle.
* Update and maintain the CMDB to reflect asset changes in real time.
* Work closely with rollout technicians, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Change Manager, and other stakeholders.
* Liaise with external suppliers to manage stock availability, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
Skills & Experience
* Experience coordinating IT assets or technology logistics in an enterprise environment.
* Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within project-based delivery teams.
* High attention to detail, particularly in asset tracking and reporting.
Highly Desirable
* Experience using ServiceNow, particularly IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB modules.
* Experience supporting large-scale device refresh or hardware rollout programs.
