About You
* Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
* 5+ years in urban civil design, including roads, earthworks, grading, and utilities.
* Strong experience with 12D, Civil 3D, and related drafting software.
* Able to resolve technical challenges and communicate clearly across teams.
* Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus.
