What You’ll Do
* Support injured workers with tailored return-to-work and recovery plans
* Provide expert advice to employers, insurers, and stakeholders
* Manage your own caseload with true schedule flexibility
* Conduct assessments, attend case conferences, and implement sustainable rehabilitation strategies
* Deliver services across Workers Compensation, ComCare, and non-compensation frameworks

What You’ll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Psychology
* Current professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, or equivalent)
* Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* A valid driver’s licence
* A passion for delivering holistic care and achieving real outcomes for clients
