What You'll Do:
As a Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our stores through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control. You will handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and security at the end of each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by putting customers first and exceeding expectations.
* Support the Store Manager in daily operations using your retail experience.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment.
* Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy with attention to detail.
* Be flexible with your availability, including weekends and overnight shifts when required.
