Fleet Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of fleet vehicle maintenance and operations.
1. Vehicle Administration: You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and registered.
2. Coordinating Repairs: You will coordinate with repair shops and mechanics to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
3. Maintaining Records: You will maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other relevant information.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays, and possess a valid manual driver's license.
