What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of WHS guidelines, Food Safety, HACCP, and standard operating procedures
Ability to prioritise, organise, and perform well under pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
A genuine passion for cooking and creating high-quality cuisine
Strong attention to detail
Must have full working rights in Australia
