**The Role**
Our client seeks to employ a temporary property paralegal. They are ideally looking for someone to work full-time with an immediate start.
**Duties**
- Opening, closing and managing residential and commercial conveyancing files
- Conduct property and company searches and obtain certificates
- Provide effective legal and administrative support
- Client liaison
- Diary Management
- Draft and amending correspondence
- Coordinate settlements
- Attending to stamping and lodgment of documents
- Assist with property settlements via online settlement platform, PEXA
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience as a conveyancing/property clerk
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive approach to your work ethic
