About This Role
The Regional Manager Training role focuses on overseeing RTO operations, financial budgets and performance across the region. The ideal candidate will inspire and lead their team to deliver successful Training Contracts while driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in RTO operations, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of RTO operations, financial budgets and regional performance.
* Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead the team to deliver Training Contracts successfully.
* Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation and effectiveness of operations across the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Leadership Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within a Registered Training Organisation.
* People Management:
Strong people-management with a track record of coaching teams to empower success.
* Communication Skills:
A personable nature and ability to build cohesive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Financial Management:
Demonstrated financial, resources and operational budget management skills.
* IT Skills:
Well-developed IT skills with high proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite.
* Travel Requirements:
Current driver's licence and ability to travel across sites.
* Certifications:
Current clear Working With Children Check or Blue Card (QLD) and National Police Check.
