Lead Educator Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on the child's development, with proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a deep understanding of early childhood education principles.
* A minimum of an approved diploma in early childhood education is required.
* Prior experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation is essential.
* A current working with children check and child protection training are necessary.
* The successful applicant must also hold a current first aid certificate and CPR.
