About the Job:
The Business Development Manager position plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion within the company's Australian market.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and elevating the Automated Logic Brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster relationships with existing clients, managing equipment lifecycle and asset management.
* Pursue solution-based selling and track end-user investment strategies.
* Deliver professional estimates and submissions.
* Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
* Promote Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range through total BMCS, MSI, and system solutions.
* Nurture strong relationships with new and potential client bases.
* Provide regular updates to the General Manager regarding client and industry feedback.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar leadership role.
* Proven track record in estimating and providing submissions.
* Deep understanding of Building automation technologies and designs.
* Success in leading a sales team and driving commercial contracts.
* Ability to develop and implement business plans.
* Exceptional negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to sell and develop agreements.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
