Part-Time Contract Role | Sunshine Coast
Looking for a flexible role by the coast with the opportunity to take on more responsibility?
We are looking for a reliable, organised and people-focused individual to join our growing holiday home management and cleaning team across the Sunshine Coast, primarily around Maroochydore and nearby areas.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and ensuring high standards, while also being happy to step in and assist with cleaning when needed.
You will mainly be working with brand new, luxury holiday apartments, helping ensure every property is perfectly prepared for arriving guests.
This is a part-time contracted role, with the option to earn additional income by completing cleans if you would like extra hours.

The Role
This is a hands-on coordination role, supporting the smooth operation of our holiday homes.
Responsibilities may include:
* Coordinating cleaning schedules when needed
* Checking properties after cleans to maintain high standards
* Communicating with cleaners & guests & other service providers
* Assisting with guest communication
* Problem solving and handling small operational tasks
* Stepping in to complete a clean when required
For those interested in additional hours, there is also the option to regularly complete holiday home cleans & other type of cleans.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Enjoys working with people and communicating clearly
* Has excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Is organised, reliable, and solutions-focused
* Has a problem-solving attitude and can think on their feet
* Takes pride in maintaining high property standards
* Has previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, Airbnb, or a similar role (highly regarded)
* Has reliable transport (essential)
* Has an ABN or is willing to obtain one
* Is available to start March or April 2026
We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months, with ongoing opportunities for the right person.
