The key duty of a Customer Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer service in a changing environment. The ideal candidate would be able to perform post office all duties such as mailing, sorting of parcels, processing financial and agency transactions and identity services.
A successful candidate will be trained on the job in the case of no previous Post Office experience
