The Coach Control Manager plays a pivotal role in our success by overseeing daily coach delivery across the V/Line network, ensuring smooth operations during planned and unplanned disruptions.
This leader drives continuous improvement by modernising coach deployment processes and developing standard operating procedures for coach deployment and operational tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development and implementation of coaching strategies
* Fostering collaborative relationships with scheduled coach operators and supplementary providers
* Enhancing team readiness through skill development and resource allocation
* Maintaining accurate records of coach deployments
About You:
You are an experienced leader with a strong track record of navigating dynamic operational environments. Your valuable experience in fast-paced disruption response roles in customer service, communications, control rooms, or the transport industry will serve you well in this position.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
* Proven leadership abilities in high-pressure situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

* Solid understanding of disruption management and contingency planning
