Our client, a dynamic and award-winning private credit firm, is seeking an experienced and highly-networked Head of Distribution to drive the next phase of their capital raising and business expansion. The Role
The Role: Head of Distribution
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the face of our client's capital raising efforts, leading all investor relationships and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Capital Acquisition: Proactively leverage your existing relationships with key investor networks, including Direct HNW Investors, Wealth Managers, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Family Offices, to drive net new fund inflows.
* Investor Relations: Identify, cultivate, and convert new sources of investor capital. Manage and deepen relationships with existing investors. Oversee all inbound investor Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
* Fund Marketing: Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality marketing and information collateral. Organize, coordinate, and manage marketing events to promote our client\'s funds (e.g., in conjunction with the MD\'s regular public media appearances).
Qualifications
* Proven, demonstrable, and current relationships with Wealth Managers, Direct HNW Investors, and/or Family Offices in the Australian market is essential.
* Ideally experienced in selling private assets (such as private credit, private equity, or private real estate) to wholesale investors or wealth managers.
* A strong track record of successful capital raising and distribution within the financial services sector.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior executive level and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
