Urgent Hire - Interviews starting next week Business Development Manager – IT Solutions Location: Auckland or Wellington, New Zealand Package: $300k OTE (Base $140k–$150k KiwiSaver uncapped commission paid quarterly) Hybrid: 3 days in office & Flexible hours About the Opportunity • Join a fast-growing, high-performing technology solutions provider • Drive transformation through cutting-edge technology solutions • Work across a wide range of MICROSOFT solution areas including AI & Data, Modern Applications, Cyber Security, PMO, Technical Services, and Hardware/Software • Contribute to large-scale digital and operational transformation programs • Target untapped opportunities in mid-market and enterprise sectors What’s on Offer • Uncapped quarterly commissions (OTE 250-300k) • Established delivery capability with technical and pre-sales support • Flexible work environment with long-term career development • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Access to marketing and lead generation resources • Work with well-known customers across New Zealand Role Responsibilities • Identify and convert new business opportunities within key customer segments • Sell a wide range of MICROSOFT IT solutions including Modern Apps, AI & Data, Cloud, Cyber Security, PMO, and infrastructure • Understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly • Develop strategic customer relationships and long-term account plans • Deliver proposals, tenders and presentations with professionalism • Collaborate with internal teams across delivery, sales support and marketing • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline • Consistently meet or exceed gross profit and KPI targets Candidate Profile • 4 years in solution sales or business development • Experience selling MICROSOFT (one or more of the following): AI & Data, Modern Applications, Cyber Security, PMO, Technical Services, Hardware or Software • Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem or enterprise technology environments • Confident presenting to and influencing C-level decision-makers • Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts • Consultative, strategic and outcomes-driven sales approach • Excellent communication, commercial acumen and networking skills • Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised To Apply • Submit your CV via the link or contact Laura at Harvey Robinson for a confidential discussion - laura@harveyrobinson.com.au
