Job Overview
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Card Management Platform product offering.
* Lead discovery, prioritisation and definition of features for our CMP platform.
* Translate customer requirements into clear, scalable and maintainable product specifications.
* Validate technical feasibility with technology leads.
* Define product behaviours, workflows and modular capabilities that scale across bank clients.
* Support the Product Owner in shaping the roadmap and balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and enhancing our Card Management Platform.
2. Translating complex client and technical requirements into logical product outcomes.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis or technical product roles in enterprise software, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments.
* Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and integration approaches.
* Conceptual knowledge of technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, .NET, IIS and API frameworks.
* Strong knowledge of web and mobile product design principles, including responsive UI/UX considerations.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with banks or payment card systems.
* Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS and related frameworks.
* Awareness of web security principles and common vulnerabilities.
