Job Opportunity: Light Vehicle Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Light Vehicle Mechanic to maintain, service and repair vehicles in our workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and service tasks on a variety of vehicles, including residential, commercial and industrial fleets.
Job Description:
* Maintain and repair light vehicles, with a focus on Toyota diagnostics
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
* Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, using manufacturer-approved methods
* Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of job satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Current AUR***** Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, preferably in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
