About the role:
Currently we have a FANTASTIC opportunity for an enthusiastic & hands on sales coach to jump into the hot seat and drive a crucial area of the business. Working with a team of expert industry leaders, you will be responsible for training, developing and coaching one of our Inbound / outbound sales teams.
This role will be accountable for all the training and coaching requirements along with working alongside our QA team to deliver feedback and enhance agents' performance. You will also be charged to collate information and identify opportunities to improve performance of the sales teams.
We are looking for a strong candidate that is proactive & self-motivated with a genuine desire to assist others and invest in others' ongoing learning & development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Training & development experience (highly regarded)
Energy experience (desirable)
Experience in Quality Assurance (preferred but not essential)
Call centre experience (highly regarded)
Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends
Ability to provide constructive feedback to teams and management
Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring teams (highly regarded)
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work within specified time frames
