Ventia is looking for a reliable and motivated School Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across two school sites.
This role suits experienced cleaners ready to step into leadership or anyone with existing leading hand or supervisory experience seeking stable hours and a supportive team.
About The Role
Permanent full-time ContractMonday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no weekends)Work one site per day — no travelling between sites during your shiftSupport and guide cleaning teamsMaintain safety, hygiene, and presentation standardsProvide training and assist with cleaning tasks Start date ASAP
What You Will Bring
Cleaning experience or previous leadership/supervisor experience
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to complete physical tasks
Valid Blue Card and recent National Police Check
Reliable transport
