Job Description:
Sales Associates will work with customers to identify their car needs, provide expert advice on vehicle options, and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the buying process.
* Welcome walk-in customers and deliver a premium showroom experience
* Lead high-quality, pre-booked test drives and vehicle handovers
* Match buyers with the perfect car from our inventory
* Upsell add-ons like finance, extended warranties, dashcams, and accessories
* Follow up with leads to build trust and close more deals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Solid sales experience (car sales a bonus)
* Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
* Confidence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Friendly, polished, customer-first presentation
* A valid Australian driver's license
* Full working rights in Australia
Benefits:
As a Sales Associate at our dealership, you can expect:
* Base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + Super
* OTE: $100,000 (achieved by average performers); 120,000 - 130,000/year (achieved by star performers)
* Commission: top performers can earn up to $6,000/month
* Phone allowance: $60/month
* Well-being allowance: $500/year
