Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the heart of our mission to care for the elderly with respect, value, and a sense of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with AHPRA standards
* Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
* Build and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI)
* Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
* Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement
* Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control in our facility
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale
* National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation
* Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
* A genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians
