Talent Focus is a growing recruitment and labour hire business, operating across NSW, QLD and VIC. We are seeking an experienced Internal Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting function for our Group operations. Key responsibilities include: Full end-to-end accounting using Xero Monthly reporting, reconciliations and cashflow management Payroll oversight and payroll tax compliance BAS, GST, PAYG and all ATO submissions Liaison with external accountants and advisors Supporting Directors with accurate financial reporting Financial Cost Modelling and annual budgets Increasing efficiencies within the Talent Focus Group About you: Proven experience in an internal / sole accountant role Strong Xero capability (essential) Solid understanding of payroll tax and statutory compliance Experience with Astute Software and Labour Hire Accounting practices Accounting Degree CPA or CA Qualified What’s on offer: Autonomous role in a growing business Direct exposure to senior leadership Competitive salary aligned to experience For a confidential discussion, contact Talent Focus or apply today
