Job Summary:
This entry-level position will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop the necessary skills to succeed in the industry. As Administration (Reception), you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, record management, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
A traineeship in Certificate III in Business may be offered to the right candidate upon successful completion of the probation period.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in person and over the telephone
* Photocopy, scan, and bind documents as required
* Manage record management system by filing electronic and hard copy correspondence
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
* Monitor stationary levels and place orders when necessary
* Respond to email correspondence promptly
* Prepare reports, documents, letters as instructed
* Asist the finance team as required
