We’re looking for an Accounts / Administration Team Leader to step in and cover a period of maternity leave. If you enjoy leading people, improving systems, and rolling your sleeves up when needed, this could be a great fit.
Your opportunity at FIELD
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead a closeknit team of five, including our Management Accountant, Accounts Officer and Office Administrators. This is a hands-on leadership role where coaching, supporting and balancing workloads is just as important as getting the work done.
We’ve recently implemented MYOB Acumatica ERP (previously MYOB Advance). This role plays a key part in making sure we’re getting the most out of it. You’ll be our internal systems champion – supporting the team, troubleshooting issues, and looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
You’ll also oversee and assist with:
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Cash flow management and reporting
* Timesheet approvals
* General administration and office operations
This is a full‑time maternity leave cover role, anticipated to be 14–16 months, including handover periods.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will:
* have strong experience using and administering MYOB Acumatica (this is essential)
* be confident across accounts payable, receivable, reporting and cash flow
* have experience leading or supervising a small team
* be comfortable juggling priorities and supporting others to meet deadlines.
We’d also love you to:
* have worked in engineering or professional services
* be confident using MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
* take a proactive, solutions focused approach
* communicate easily with people at all levels, including our team, clients, contractors and suppliers.
