About the Role
* Maintain allrelevant internal and external estate buildings, plant and equipment to ensure they are working at optimumcondition.
* Complete allplanned maintenance that is assigned to the onsitemaintenance department via the onsiteapplication.
* Attend toall reactive maintenance requests that are assigned viaUrbanise within the specified times.
* Promptlyattend to or report items/issues requiring attention andrespond to general emergencies asrequired.
* Advise theMaintenance Supervisor of the need for the replacement ofdamaged or exhausted equipment in units (stoves, hotplates,Hot water units, air conditioners etc) or other significantrepair maintenance projects.
* Liaise withexternal contractors to repair or replace equipment thatrequires the skill of a qualifiedtradesperson.
* Cooperate inthe implementation of estate projects that fall within thescope of the job role.
* Assist withgeneral maintenance duties in common areas and/orresidential units as required.
* Maintain asafe environment for staff, residents, andvisitors.
About you
* Significantexperience in general repairs and maintenance ofstructures, plant and equipment.
* Skilled inoperating and servicing a wide variety of machinery andequipment.
* Greatcommunication and customer serviceskills.
* Ability towork unsupervised and within a small teamenvironment.
* ExtensiveWorkplace Health and Safetyknowledge.
* Provenproblem solving and decision-makingskills
