As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, your role involves developing and delivering top-quality training programs and assessing employees' competency within our organisation.
Travel required to Derrimut, Campbellfield, Keysborough, and Pakenham.
About the Role:
* Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to our dealership teams.
* Assess employee competencies and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
* Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customised solutions.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in training documentation.
* Stay current with industry trends to enhance training effectiveness continuously.
* Support employees in their professional development and career progression.
* Create and refine training materials, including manuals and presentations.
* Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
About You:
* Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
* Experience: Familiarity with dealership truck sales, service, and parts is preferred but not essential. Previous training experience (both practical and theoretical) is a plus.
* Proven ability to deliver practical training and conduct assessments.
* Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
