SAP Technical Lead – S/4HANA, BTP, Integration
Australian citizenship is required for this role.
We are looking for a SAP Technical Lead to take ownership of a complex SAP landscape, with a strong focus on S/4HANA, BTP, and enterprise integrations.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will drive technical direction, ensure platform stability, and build scalable solutions across a modern SAP environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead technical design and development across SAP S/4HANA
* Drive the use of SAP BTP for extensions, integrations, and cloud‐native development
* Own integration design across SAP and third‐party systems using Integration Suite (CPI)
* Ensure platform stability, performance, and security across all SAP environments
* Oversee upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the team
* Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

* SAP S/4HANA
* SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extensions)
* ABAP, CDS Views, Fiori
* SAP SuccessFactors (integration focus)
* API and middleware integrations
* Enterprise‐scale SAP environments
Qualifications
* Strong experience across SAP S/4HANA and enterprise SAP environments
* Proven background in technical leadership or architecture roles
* Experience designing and delivering integrations across complex systems
* Comfortable balancing hands‐on development with leadership responsibilities
* A clear and confident communicator who can engage with both technical and business stakeholders
* Someone proactive, who takes ownership, and drives outcomes
* Naturally curious, always looking to improve systems, processes, and ways of working
