Are you an experienced, hands on Tradie ready to step into a leadership role with one of cairns most trusted outdoor construction company.
Quickdig is a locally owned and operated business specializing in retaining walls, fencing, earthworks and custom outdoor solutions. Were looking for a leading hand who takes pride in quality work, is organized, reliable, and ready to help run the show.
You'll be supporting our director to deliver projects from start to finish, leading a crew on-site and making sure we deliver on time and to spec.
Were building a team that values growth, discipline, and well being. A background in sports, fitness, or trades is ideal.
Were looking for :
Trade or construction experience (retaining walls, fencing, etc)
Leadership experience or ready to step up
Drivers License (MR a bonus)
Ability to read site plans and follow specs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self - starter mindset who takes ownership of jobs
