The Opportunity

Based in stunning, modern, loft‑style offices in Alexandria, this team is set to double in size this year. We are looking for a Customer Service Operator who is ready to move away from rigid call centres and into a dynamic, "family-style" environment where high performance and personality are genuinely valued.

What You'll Be Doing
* Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on account management, deposits, and withdrawals.
* Provide expert product information and help users navigate platform features.
* Manage sensitive conversations regarding account limits and user well‑being with empathy and professional training.
* Help test new digital products and software before they are released to the public.
Who You Are
* You must have proven phone‑based customer service or contact centre experience .
* You are a CRM expert who can navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously with high accuracy.
* Since this is a hybrid role, you are trustworthy and self‑motivated when working remotely.
* You are available to work a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday roster.
* You have a bubbly, positive personality and thrive in a professional‑yet‑casual environment.
