Role Overview
As our engineering function continues to grow, we're expanding the team and looking for a Production Engineer - Fabrication to support new and existing products. The Production Engineer - Fabrication (Aftermarket) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation in alignment with internal best practices. This role enables the successful introduction of new products and services to both internal and external customers.
In addition, the position provides ongoing support for existing ARB-branded aftermarket products throughout the later stages of their lifecycle, including those developed across global operations.
The role is multi-faceted and involves a range of activities that include product & process innovation and process development.

About You
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Manufacturing/Industrial).
* Extensive experience in product and process design for metal fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing techniques (cutting, bending, pressing, welding).
* Practical experience with coating technologies (painting, powder coating, plating).
* Experience with CAD design, data management, and document control (preferably SolidWorks).
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) and basic financial concepts.
* Project management experience (preferred).
