Are you looking for a challenging role that combines your passion for safety and education? As a creative and knowledgeable HSE Training Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging internal training materials, with a strong focus on digital and e-learning content.
Your key responsibilities will include translating complex WHS legislation and safety requirements into clear, learner-friendly formats, creating a range of training resources including e-learning modules, presentations, toolbox talks, instructional videos, and interactive workshops, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
To be successful in this role, you will need a solid understanding of HSE principles and Australian WHS legislation, experience in developing training content, especially e-learning and digital training, and the ability to simplify technical safety concepts for a broad internal audience. You will also need knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
