Including analysing project costs, budgets, and commercial risks to ensure projects meet financial targets and contractual obligations.What you will do:Preparation of monthly commercial and financial reports including benefits tracking, key performance indicator reporting, capex tracking and project forecasts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation related to projects.Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, and finance to provide timely financial insights and recommendations.Assist in identifying commercial risks and opportunities and support mitigation strategies.Monitor and analyse project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial goals.Utilize project management and financial software to track and report commercial metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Preparation of Business cases as required. This will include consultation with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the input is as accurate as possible.Support contract administration, review terms & conditions, and assist with setting up new vendors.Participate in financial close-out activities and post-project reviews.Required Skills/Experience:Proven experience in a commercial analyst, project finance, or project control roleStrong analytical, numerical mindset & proficiency in financial analysis & modelling.Experience using D365, Monday.com software preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal & external stakeholders.High attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team.Knowledge of contract law and commercial management principles advantageous.Looking after you:We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
