The Team

You will join a cohesive Property team consisting of 2 Directors, 1 Conveyancer, 1 Junior Property Lawyer/Conveyancer, 1 Paralegal, 1 Receptionist, and 1 legal student. The firm values open communication and encourages a relaxed yet professional workplace culture.

The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will manage all legal matters, administration, finance, and queries involved in residential property transactions. Effective communication with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders is essential. Protecting clients' interests is your top priority, requiring exceptional communication and attention to detail.


Your Responsibilities

* Manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
* Protect clients' interests by applying your knowledge of conveyancing and Queensland property law.
* Work collaboratively with senior lawyers as needed.


Requirements

* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Conveyancer.
* High level of competency in conveyancing and Queensland property law.
* Relevant legal qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in Property Services, Diploma in Conveyancing, or equivalent) are advantageous.
* Strong IT skills and experience using legal software, including PEXA.
* Exceptional client service, organisational, and time management skills.
