Who we are looking for
We are seeking a surveyor or experienced Survey Plan Auditor that is looking to apply their extensive experience, strong analytical skills and commitment to quality client services.
Maybe you are looking for some part-time work as you transition away from an active field role, or a position that fits around family and lifestyle needs. We are open to a range of candidates for this role.
In this role, you will work closely with our Drafting team, Field Surveyors, and Project Managers to review and audit plans, ensuring they are accurate and fit for purpose. Your attention to detail, process-driven approach, and expert survey knowledge will be key in providing feedback to our teams, helping us consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
What you bring to the table
In this position you will be supporting the delivery of nationally significant projects. Key to this role will be your commitment to providing quality client outcomes.
Ideally, you'll have
A mix of experience in a Field Survey and office-based role
Experience with the standards defined in the (CSR) Cadastral Survey Requirements, the (RTDPP) Registrar of Titles Direction for the Preparation of Plans and familiar with the workings of the Land Titles Practice Manual.
Experience with the Land Sales Act and BCCM Act insofar as they relate to the sale of proposed lots.
Experience with the guidelines defined in the (PCA) Property Council of Australia Method of Measurement - Commercial Leases
Experience with the Strata Titling standards
What we also need
Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
