The Customer Service Officer role involves liaising with customers face to face, phone and via email. Being the first point of contact for our customers, the successful applicant will have a friendly, helpful, \"can do\" attitude and be solution focused.
The applicant must be computer literate with experience working with customer management programs, ability to work unsupervised and a team player in a busy environment.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of administrative experience.
Knowledge of graphic design software would be an advantage.
Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia or hold equivalent work rights.
