Work Type: Full Time Salaried
Salary: $76,515 - $77,000 + super

The Role
Lead your team to ensure excellent customer experience, supervise operations, and manage daily tasks. Foster a positive team environment and demonstrate effective time management to ensure smooth department operations and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities include:
* Being an escalation point for guest queries, complaints, and concerns
* Addressing customer queries promptly via telephone, email, and website
* Providing after-service care, including follow-up calls, surveys, and team debriefs
* Developing and updating customer service manuals, policies, and guides
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure policies are current
* Recruiting and training staff
* Managing booking and communication software
* Staff rostering according to needs
Requirements for success:
* At least 1 year of leadership experience in a well-established environment
* Ability to work 5 days within a 7-day roster with 2 consecutive days off
* Passion for quality customer service
* Ability to meet business, financial, and service standards
* Experience in an upmarket environment with similar standards

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years in aged care leadership, with 2+ in management

* AHPRA RN registration
* Qualifications in business, health, or management (highly desirable)
