Position Overview
Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking 4 x Permanent & Casual Personal Care Workers for our Little Mountain Aged Care Service. This role will see you working within our 96 beds Residential Aged Care home in the Sunshine Coast supporting the residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance and accessing in‑centre social activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care, including physical and emotional support, mobility assistance, help with daily living activities, meals, social outings, and clinical care needs.
* Maintain the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all residents, their representatives, and staff at all times.
* Support a comfortable, safe, and secure environment for residents.
* Assist with food handling, meal preparation, serving, and general cleaning associated with resident meals.
About You
Are you passionate about providing high‑quality aged care services to your community?
Essential
* Holds a Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
* Holds a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one
* Has valid Australian work rights (We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time)
