Business Development Manager
The role of a Business Development Manager is to foster strong relationships with customers, identify their needs and growth opportunities and engage relevant team members to action. The goal is to manage customer expectations while maintaining the highest level of service and support.
* To succeed in this role, you will be required to build trust with internal stakeholders as well as customers and develop strategic plans that drive revenue through product upgrades and retain 100% product retention.
