About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team at Cosmetic Manufacturers.
In this key role, you will support the QA Manager in maintaining and improving the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) at our TGA licensed manufacturing facility.
This full time role will play a crucial role maintaining the highest standard of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, execute, and review validation protocols/reports (equipment, process, cleaning)
Coordinate and maintain PQS processes, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality risk assessments
Investigate complaints, deviations, non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPAs
Collaboratewith production and R&D teams to investigate and resolve quality issues
Prepare Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and trending of quality data
Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits (TGA, ACO, HACCP, etc)
Assist in the development, review, and control of SOPs, product specifications, and other quality documentation
Perform label reviews to ensure compliance with TGO 92
Assist with approval of starting materials and release for supply of finished goods
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality process enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a science or related field
Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the TGA Medicines sector
Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatoryrequirements (TGA, GMP, PIC/S, HACCP)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong documentation, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with team members at all levels of the organisation
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally
