Job Description Our Tenant Advisory division sits within the wider Occupier Services business which offers an unrivalled suite of property services to meet our clients' property needs. We are currently looking for a Tenant Representative who specialises in the Commercial Office asset class, to join our expanding national business at a Manager level in our Brisbane team. Key responsibilities include: - Building a profile in the Tenant Advisory business across Queensland and Nationally Servicing client requirements from developing property strategies through to execution Service existing clients and implement strategic and corporate planning objectives Play a key role in business development including prospecting, building relationships and pitching for new clients Secure new tenant representation assignments Developing a referral network and collaboration Working closely with other Occupier Services product lines to cross sell services on a national and international basis Attending client and industry events and functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
