We’re recruiting Support Workers for a disability support provider supporting a participant who needs consistent, person-centred care. This role suits someone calm, reliable, and genuinely respectful in the way they support people day to day.

PreferredPrevious experience as a Support WorkerExperience providing psychosocial support
Must be comfortable withPersonal careWorking across both community and in-home supports
Bonus (not essential)Nursing background (EN/RN)Experience in SIL environments
Shifts availableMorning: 6am–2pmAfternoon: 2pm–10pm (urgent)Overnight: 10pm–6am (inactive sleepover and active overnight shifts)Shifts typically run 3–8 hours
