Junior Print & Signage Production Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Print & Signage Production Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on work, has solid attention to detail, and is interested in the print and signage industry.
You will assist in the production, finishing, and installation preparation of a wide range of signage and printed products while learning industry equipment, materials, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the production of signage, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, and printed materials
* Operate and maintain printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing equipment
* Prepare files and materials for production under supervision
* Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
* Assist with stock management and maintaining a clean production workspace
* Support signage installations and deliveries when required
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Solid work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to lift and move signage materials when required
* Previous experience in printing, signage, manufacturing, or production is an advantage but not essential
Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
* Familiarity with large‐format printers or vinyl cutters
* Driver's licence
* Experience with hand tools or workshop environments
